Job Responsibilities

  • Create compelling user-generated content (UGC) by collaborating with customers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Design captivating graphics, illustrations, and videos using Canva and other creative tools to enhance our brand’s online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, and engage with our online community to foster meaningful interactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content creation techniques to continuously improve our content strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of content campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in a similar industry or digital marketing role.

Skills required

  • Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools to create visually appealing content.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
