Safety Considerations

  • Before operating the machine, verify that the voltage (110V/220V) matches the power supply voltage. Adjust the flywheel to align with the machine’s speed after powering it on.
  • Fill the ink side box with side ink up to the three-quarter mark; avoid overfilling. Adjust the ink flow using the twisting nut according to the desired quantity of oil required for the product.
  • When cleaning the machine, ensure the power supply is turned off. Begin by scraping off any residual oil from the side of the ink tank using a film or scraper. Then, remove the fixed nut from the ink box and rinse it immediately with water.
