Shipment & Delivery

The BSM service is available for product purchases to be delivered within the territory of India only, and it is subject to the available network of service partners. BSM and its delivery partners reserve the right to limit delivery to specific locations or delivery facilities. The products you order will be shipped to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that you inspect the package/shipment as soon as it is delivered. If there is any physical damage to the outer or inner packing, please opt for an open delivery or refuse it if it is not in good condition, and make a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. BSM retains the right to withhold refund or replacement of the damaged product if you fail to note the nature of the damage on the delivery receipt confirmation slip within 24 hours of delivery. The maximum delivery period will be 15 days after the dispatch of the products.
