Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products sold by BSM India.

All orders are treated as final once confirmed. Due to the specialized and industrial nature of our machinery and equipment, returned products are not accepted under any circumstances once delivered.

However, in the rare event that a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or is faulty, we may offer an exchange of the same product, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

  • No cash refunds or order reversals will be provided.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for genuine manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, electrical issues, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

All items eligible for exchange must be reported within the specified time communicated during delivery and must be in original condition with complete packaging.

Non-exchangeable items include:

  • Customized or made-to-order machinery
  • Consumables and wear-and-tear parts
  • Software, digital products, or documentation

Proof of purchase is mandatory for any exchange request.

Refunds

BSM India follows a strict no-refund policy.

  • No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed.
  • No refunds will be issued after delivery.
  • No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation after dispatch.

In cases where an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced, and no monetary refund will be processed.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, a cancellation request must be submitted before the order is shipped.

  • Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled after internal review and approval.
  • Once the order is shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized, special-purpose, or made-to-order machines cannot be cancelled once confirmed, even if dispatch has not yet occurred.

Order confirmation via invoice, email, or advance payment indicates acceptance of this cancellation policy.
