Direction of Use

  • Ensure that the application temperature of the BS 7100 adhesive is set within the recommended range of 160°C to 180°C.
  • Preheat the melting pot to a temperature between 150°C to 170°C for optimal melting and dispensing of the adhesive.
  • BS 7100 exhibits good machinability and can be applied using roller coaters, reservoir pumps, or spray applicators as per your specific requirements.
